Dated June 1, 1838.

Funded /Cancelled. Signed lower right by Sam Houston, also signed by Treasurer Henry Smith.  This has been "restored" ... overlapped where the paper apparently tore from folding.

Purchased at 2024 Texas Independance Day Sale with Burley Auction, Austin Tx ... the foremost Texas Historic doc place, bar none.  Have asked them for the provanence on this and the others, but no doubt as to the authenticity of the signature.

It is not yet framed, but most likely will get done if someone doesn't purchase it beforehand.  Of, if you prefer, I can get it framed before shipping
