This exquisite blanket is made from very nice prime and selected 'coon skins', tanned at the Berg Tannery in New Jersey - the principal fine fur tannery for the last 75 years.  Sue will make a Davy Crockett Coonskin Hat to match if you want.  (Yes, I know the picture is NOT a raccoon, but it is one of Sue Vinson's caps in the style of the DC raccoon hat.)

The natural insulation properties of wild winter fur make this blanket incredibly cozy, keeping you snug and comfortable on even the coldest of nights. We have one only;  However, Sue said she would make us one more if we needed it.  Not sure it will be in time for Christmas, though.
