Apparently the second book like this; the first being referenced as the "1903" first book in this volume. Very interesting and detailed line artwork making light of world politics in the day. Also looks like there was a 1905 volume, too ... but I can only find newly printed (in India) re-prints
There seem to be a number of copies of this available ... mostly in England ... and most of them starting about $90 and going as high as $250. This one, for less than half price, is a nice find and Fun stuff!
The binding and pages are tight; there is a bit of aging to the paper as to tone but no deterioration. Cover has some "damp" damage, but nothing serious.
