Ronson says we have several copies.  He pulled one of the least desirable (the pictures below) as a gift to his brother.  It was a volume his bro requested.

If you are interested .... or buy one ... we'll get you pictures before we ship.  I am told that the other copies are in substantially better shape.  Do not know publishing dates but suspect mid to late 1800's
