A 1983 project booklet funded by the Oklahoma Foundation for the Humanities and the National Endowment for the Humanities.

Excellent brief analysis of bison history; super assortment of photos .... some I have never seen before, and well done bibliography.  A good research book on bison, but not readily available .. and I am pretty sure it was a very limited print run.   These are the only copies I can find anywhere.

Great Additions to My Bison Library

I recently ordered 3 books from Herd Wear and couldn't happier about the new additions to my bison library that I started 65 years ago as a child. Each book was as advertised, in like-new condition (although some were used), and priced fairly. I'm thrilled with my recent acquisitions. Thank you for being a wonderful source of all things bison !
