Aussie Wool crushable hats from Jacaru Australia

We loved selling (and wearing) our bison fiber/Wool blend American made hats.  You loved them, too.  But Bollman Hat Company's "issues" killed that cold.  These are not our hats ... but they are:  (1) quality Australian wool crushable products; (2) available; (3) well made for Jacaru of Australia ... a company whose products we have bought and sold for years now ... an honest and dependable company.  

I just thought we'd give them a try and see.  Just 2 styles (at least to start).   See what you think if you are looking for a nice wool hat ... and please, do let me know your thoughts (whether you buy one or not ... I would love to hear if this is a good move or not such).

August 9, 2024 UPDATE:   I took three of these to Alaska fishing - 2 of the Traveler for Ron and myself.  THe other was the Poet which Hannah wore in style.  Wore mine through 3 continuous days of rain and drizzle.  Ron did, too.  The hats took it well (though not as well as our bison blend hats did).  My head stayed dry (see inside pics); the hat did soak up quite a bit of water but dried darn close to perfect.  The leather band did stretch and then shrink back.  Overall, very happy ... but do suggest that this is not a foul weather hat.  A little rain would be just fine; 3 days is a bit too much.   Overall, I think these are a great value.  

We did not get the "Poet" out in the weather, and dang it, I did not get a picture with her in the hat.  It did look adorable, though.
