Exceedingly Nice, especially for something about 225 years old!
Turkish/Ottoman Flintlock Knee Pistol - Blunderbuss (Dag). 11.75" flared barrel 1.5". Silver inlay, Detail carvings in stock; Embossed/Engraved barrel, with additional embellishment. Engraved trigger guard, lock plate, frizzed, hammer and barrel. Under barrel removable wooden ramrod. Metal Saddle ring. NVSN. Most likely made late1700's - early 1800's compared to similar weapons. What a beautiful and fun piece of history to hold and admire. Wasn't really sure I wanted to put this up for sale, but here it is ... for the moment.
