  Beautiful and well maintained antique .38 caliber percussion long (38" barrel) rifle, having an octagon barrel, tiger maple full-stock, "Kentucky" style. engraved and pierced brass patchbox, brass trigger guard and butt plate, ramrod, single trigger and etched lock plate, apparently unmarked.

This one displays very well - good overall condition.  Strong Action.  Bore is in good shape for its age.  Barrel is signed "J.G.Guilson"   So close to perfect; it is just very special!
