Serial: 7055 Manufacturer: Colt's PT. F.A. Mfg. Co. (c. 1888) Model: Lightning Magazine Small Frame Caliber: 22 cal. Barrel Length: 24 in. OAL: 41.25 in. Condition: Good -refinished/refurbished; custom tiger maple stock has very light signs of handling; barrel & receiver have been refinished; receiver & chamber end of the barrel have scattered pitting & finish loss; bore is mostly bright w/ some light fogging; strong rifling; mechanically good w/ smooth action.
Note, I have not had the gun inspected by a gunsmith; I doubt the auction house has. So while it functions and cycles, before I'd pull the trigger (with a shell in the chamber) I'd get an expert to both examine and fire. And if it doesn't sell quickly, I probably will. ... and then you know what will happen to the price, don't you??
