ULU knife review

The size of this knife would be better suited for a much smaller hand than I have. I've had a similar knife in the past and LOVE the concept, but this one is too small to feel like a comfortable extension of my hand. The workmanship is exquisite, though, and it really is a work of art. Just a bit too small to be practical.

Lynn: Hi and thanks for taking time to do that honest and thoughtful review. Couple of options for you. You can send it back (used or not) and I'll issue a refund. Or ... if you would like .. I am confident I can have one built to your 'specs' ... no additional charage. The couple factories we buy from are 'real people' and we have been able to get these great knives built to our specs when needed. (or I guess you could just keep this one, but that doesn't seem like a good plan to me).
I am also guessing that if it is too small for you it is probably too small for others. Personally, I love using it ...mostly for skinning and not kitchen ... but we all need our tools to work for us.

When time permits let me know what you would like to do and we'll get started. Best wishes. Cecil
