Mixed media statute. Looks bronze but it is not. Appx 7" tall. Not exactly sure of the composition. Not wood, not resin. It is molded similar to what a bronze would take ... my best guess . Anyway, it is a touching statute. Knowing more about the artist - Robert Summers - makes it a bit more special.
This was apparently done for the LIFE OUTREACH INTERNATIONAL Ministry at some point. That was the James Robison denomination established in the Fort Worth, Texas area. Not sure exactly who or what it is today. Seems like the name has changed, but they do apparently have an African Outreach program ... with both water and nourishment.
