Over the years, as many old spinning frames and mills as we saw, we ended up with some of these sought after antique yarn spindles. This one came off a 48 head spinning frame that was built somewhere in the Where the rest went, I just dunno.
But there is this one. It's 15" tall; 6" wide at the base, and still has some of whatever yarn was on it when we got it (seems to burn like wool).
Don't know what you might do with it .... but it's yours pretty cheap ... if you want it! I've kicked the price up just a bit to cover part of the shipping cost ...this thing is both bulky and heavy, but left the shipping at our $5.95 flat rate. Potato/Pototo.
