Just a bit of news ....

Just a bit of news ....

Hi from Goodnight, Texas ... once again.  We've got a new "chef"  - Mr. Bob Whittington - grilling bison hot dogs (almost) daily here on Mr. Goodnight's original bbq grill (choose to believe that or not as you wish).  Mr. Bob ran food trucks in the Chicago area for years, and his grilling and baking skills are the thing legends are made from.   He is making a difference right now.  The free "dogs" are delighting travelers here on US 287 as there are still not a lot of choices for food along our way.

Lilly and Li'l Lilly continue to be a big hit, too.  And, unless I miss my guess, there will be a couple more baby bison within the month.

So if you are traveling, either because you need to .. or just need to get out, we're here for a rest stop, possibly a bite of lunch.

Can't make it up?  Keep checking the web site.  We're still working to add more special buys;
