Bison Down - Knit Gloves & Mittens

These gloves, along with our sock line, have been the main stay of Buffalo Wool Co and Herd Wear.  Unfortunately, this year, for the first time in more than 20, we cannot supply very many.  All we have was what is in inventory ... and it is pretty slim.

Ron and The Knitting Mill in Liberty Hill, Texas have got it working for next year:  New machenry; new patterns and that takes a re-development of the yarns.

So bear with us while we get this transition in place .... and if there is something you can use to keep hands warm in the meanting by all means jump on them.

A wide variety of bison (and a few elk or deer) work and play gloves ... keeping your hands protected, comfortable ... and in style.  Bison leather wears wonderfully well (except when you poke it with barb wire).  The outer layer ... the epidermis ... is thick and tough, yet supple ... even after it gets wet, when compared to most any other leather.  The multi directional fiber structure is what makes it that way.  Feel free to ask more questions
