Sorry Arby's, We just got in from Denver and major bison meat purveyor "Rocky Mountain Natural Meats". With us came their beautiful "Great Range" brand 10 oz bison ribeyes, bison tenderloins (several of which will be cut into 6 and 8 oz filet mignon's), bison ribs and more. Full freezers of tender, nutritious, lean bison.
This afternoon, Southwest Airlines will have another 100 lbs of bison ribeye steaks for me to pick up. The beautiful one pound - a full 16 oz. bison ribeyes and the 12 oz as well. Always our money back if not happy promise. So far ... all these years and all these bison steaks with no one taking us up on it.
We also have a 50 lbs (1/8 bison) .... steaks, roasts, ground bison ... in the freezer here from Black Kettle Buffalo ..... one of our Sky Delivery boxes. We can still air ship one day anywhere from this 1/8, 1/4 (100 pounds) to a full 1/2 (4 boxes and 200 pounds) anywhere Southwest Airline flies in the US. Oh, we are finally re-stocked with Wenzel's bison summer sausage. The regular plain, the jalapeno and cheddar ... and the brand new chipolte and Gouda cheese. Plus a full freezer of Continental Sausage's bison hot dogs (uncured wieners) and bratwursts ... with or without jalapeno and cheddar.
