A Boston marked 19th Century half stock percussion cap black powder rifle with tacking. Ramrod is in place.
The rifle has an exposed side percussion hammer which clicks back once and the trigger releases it, partially working. Second click does not hold. The rifle has a octagon to smooth barrel rifle with wood stock, brass butt plate and engraved brass trigger guard. The rifle shows some later 20th Century brass covered metal tacks. The Antique rifle measures overall 46 inches long. NO FFL.
