great product - great service

I was given one of these hats a couple of years back. Unfortunately, some dirty rotten you know what stole it out of my luggage on a recent trip. I knew they no longer had this in their product line up but emailed Buffalo Wool to see if they had any left-over stock. They did not but forwarded my email to Cecil at the herd store. He called me that day and let me know they had both the black & tan hats in stock. We talked about size & discovered we wore the same size hat size. I asked him to try them on in size medium and they fit perfectly. Service over and above and only what you get from a family-owned business. I'm wearing the tan one today.
