Redundancy; a blog post about .....blog posts

You should be seeing this in our "re-themed", re-configured, renewed look website.  I was hoping that this new look would have coincided with our move out of the store and into the Online Distribution Center.  It did not.  Some of the best things just take time!

So thank you all for being here.   Since I started the weekly emailing's earlier in 2025, seems like that consumes all my writing hours.  Blog posts for the website took a back seat. 

Most of you have been introduced to our wonderful and gentle technical wizard, Isaac Russell (Sprucely Designed).  In his geometrical way of thinking about web content and reader comfort, he decided that the blog now goes up front.  Moreso, he wants me to "start" the weekly email as a blog post ... and then add links etc. when it goes into the email app/template/thingy.

All that said, here we are.   A new blog post at the front of Herd Wear Online.

While a bit hard to believe, it has been nine months since moving out of the store and trying to organize both the website and the warehouse.   I sure appreciate all of you who choose to continue the journey.  We are still here, together. 

What I would also very much appreciate .. if not too big an ask, are two things.

First, if you would "forward" the weekly emails on to someone you know that might not know about us .. that might like to know about us ... and who just might then sign up to join "The Herd".  At the store there was always a fresh set of faces coming down the highway, most of whom did want to get on our email list.  Now, without that source of new eyes. I run the risk of boring you all with the same shenanigans over and over.  Isaac has set up a simple way to send this on ..... (tell me or show me).  Thank you all in advance.  Doesn't have to be every week, but when you think it fits, send it on please.

Second, If you get our brochure in your purchases .... and don't want to save or use it, pass it along to someone whom you think might appreciate it.  Again, trying to continue gaining ground is a challenge (and you already know about me and re-using paper goods. 

Another tidbit.  If you think weekly emails are too much for you, rather than unsubscribe, just drop me a note and I'll move you.  I am setting up a once-a-month update blast.  Less story; more product, sales and facts.  It will try and be the last one each month.  So, thanks for not dropping out completely; most appreciated.

And, all of you, do not hesitate to let me know if there is some topic you would like covered; some personality you want to know more about; some event that deserves.  A lot of you do write and I love it.  Those of you who might have been hesitant, don't be.
