This is the real thing. We've had some reprint/pertend .... but this is genuine.
This one is signed (printed signature) "Mirabeau B. Lamar" as President of Texas and "Jas H Starr" as Secretary of the Treasury. Serial number faded. Shows "X" cancelation cuts.
**Fair condition. Moderate fading of ink with some wear to edges and corners.**
