Lot consists of a selection of Texas land deeds and sale documents between 1858-1876 in Austin County, mostly dealing with land transactions between a Fritz Eckelberg and W. Bunge.

**Fair condition overall. Some tearing along creases with some scattered imperfections along edges and corners. Some staining of paper and fading of ink.**
