A very nicely cut; excellently finished leather vest ... of buffalo leather.  Imported, with metal buttons.  Smart notched lapel collar for that western look. 

This is a great value vest ... but it is buffalo and not bison.  Excellent leather; have about a dozen of my bison buddies that wear these on a regular basis.
