But, the best part was the actual customer service he received from Herdwear to order the correct size 👏
I have purchased about a dozen products over the past couple of years. I have NEVER been disappointed by the quality of the items--ranging from socks to belts to gloves to beanies--guess I covered folks toe to head. Some were gifts to special people and they love and enjoy them--especially those in colder climates like my older brother (Illinois). I have one issue where I incorrectly ordered the wrong size vest (I've always wanted a quality western vest (and this Cinnamon Bubble bison vest is incredible) and it was handled quickly and efficiently (it was my mistake) and taken care of. I hope to visit the store in the future as these are folks who I'd like to meet in person.
This is the best made leather vest that I have ever owned! The Quality of the material and workmanship is top notch. My only criticism is that I would like to see this vest 1” longer.
