Oh; hit 35 degrees this morning - October 17th. Finally a break from the heat ... but right down to freezing.
"The Voyageur and Other Poems" - William Henry Drummond, M.D.
From the Book Hoard, this is a great little book of poetry by a man who became and American classic and much beloved. Drummond was an Irish born Canadian who's poetry, much done in humorous dialects, caught the imagination of much of the English speaking world. A number of nice engravings and at least one color plate.
Excellent book; Very good condition with some "pull" against the binding strings evident inside in a few place, but cover looks about 95% new. 1905 - First Edition; Thirteenth Printing
