Woven Bison Cloth Cape with red fox collar and trim

$1,902.00
Size

Sue Vinson just finished one more woven bison cloth cape for us.  Black bison cloth with a Eastern cherry red fox collar and trim.  Size Large.  Shown in the first three photos.  I know the photo shows a bluish hue but it is pure black - see the coyote trimmed version.

We don't have either of the other two - both with coyote trim - in stock currently, but can get either color made for you in any size within a few weeks.  Please call for availability 817-992-8220.  Ron (Buffalo Wool Company ... and my son for those who don't know .... sold both of the originals in his 12 Days of Christmas; we never had a chance ... until just now!

The capes were designed and sewn by Sue Vinson, Vinson Furs of Pease River Texas.  Sue has only been working with these kinds of projects/garments for about 4 years now, but her talent, some very fine older fur/leather stitching machinery, and a wonderful eye for style have made her one of our favs.  The cape was her idea, utilizing some of the beautiful woven bison cloth created a number of years ago by another friend, Duane Lammers of South Dakota buffalo fame.

These capes are so light; so warm, and so easy to wear .... we were truly blown away.  Only of each is available, customer orders are available for post-holiday delivery.  The coyote trim is some beautiful pelts actually trapped near their ranch by her husband, Duane.  Professionally tanned by A and L Berg of Newark NJ, Berg has set the standard for wild-caught furs since 1981.
