Not really occult; not sure it's fiction or merely old tales of the times.  Maybe a 19th century version of Rod Serling's "Twilight Zone".  Just weird and intriguing.  Great line drawings of all kinds of "things"  This one you have to see.

Very fine condition.  Full Morocco leather binding.  Crisp pages, Tight binding and just a little age related foxing on the edges
