These are the unique and functional artworks of Greg Dennis; a south Texas silversmithing legend. Greg sort of stumbled in here to the Herd Wear store on his way to another show in Santa Fe. We bought a couple of his works ... even though he really wanted to hold on to them for that show .... but he is a really fine person and they didn't sit in the store for 2 weeks. But in the meantime, I had lost his card .... and time passes (like almost 2 years). In he comes again.
He had moved on to bigger and much more expensive silverworks, but once again, with a little pleading (and a bit of bartering for some hats and gloves), Greg just got us these 4 money clips. They could well be the last.
