Dave Book is a working cowboy; has been for well over 30 years.  He picks up wood and steel when he sees it.  Then the magic begins

This skinning knife is made from a worn out horse hoof rasp and a piece of oak off a Texas Panhandle Ranch (pretty famous one at that).  Full tang and deadly sharp.

The sheath was made by Cody Bell, former "Mountain Man" TV hero (at least in Cody's mind).  Bison tooth, elk hide and antique trade beads.  Only one
