Vintage work of art- Royston Turquoise - Showpiece Pendant

This one is a vintage piece - a 1 1/2" x 1/2" trapezoid of true Royston turquoise set in a traditionally carved sterling silver edge design plus a solid sterling back plate.  Etched into the back is JAZR.  Not sure if that is a hallmark (cannot find it) or even if it might have been done way after this beauty was created.

appx 2 oz total weight.   This one is pretty big.  Probably more for a guy ... but it could be either.  Absolutely beautiful stone!  This is a true piece of turquoise history right here!  The total weight and the lack of showing Hallmark; the thickness of the mounting.  This is an old(er) piece of work. 

Big, but not overwhelming (nor too heavy to wear comfortably).

2 1/4" tall; 1 1/4" wide;  3/8" bale.  Comes with a 20" Multi Bead #5 SPR Navajo Pearl necklace.
