The name labradorite originates from Canada, specifically from the Labrador region, where it was discovered around 1770 by Moravian missionaries who were evangelizing the Inuit people. This mineral is a remarkable natural gemstone, renowned for its metallic iridescent reflections that captivate the eye.
This felspar mineral takes a super shine that lets all the Iridescence just blow out at you. These wet photos, while showing some of the potential, are nothing compared to the polished and finished stones. A little goes a long way towards flash.
