This is a very special pressed 4-5 oz. bison leather from American Elk and Deer. I sent it all to Footskins with instructions to build out a double run of sizes. They have and these are so sweet!
Most of these they lined with deerskin as the bison leather is pretty thick. There are a few pair that are actually double bison leather; damned stout shoes but a bit tighter than the other. I will see if I can designate the different pair. Or if you have a preference just call
The Flex rubber sole is also fairly new with Footskins but it has been a winner. The outsole is light, dense and relatively thin, yet forgiving; skid resistant with enough cushioning to become your "go to" slip on for work or play. Order a half to a full size larger than your usual.
Only available in our super tough dark brown shrunken/pressed grain bison leather. Exceptional leather! Other colors available by special order, but in the softer 3-4 oz. standard bison leather

There are buffalo tough. Made from buffalo hide very comfortable shoe. It looks great and fits great.

Purchased for hubby after seeing how much he loves his bison leather boots. They're a hit. He's enjoying them as a dress-ier but comfortable option. He says they're really comfortable, wear and walk well, and he likes the way they look.
I wish to purchase a pair of these. I wear a size 10 1/2, if I order these in size 11 and they're TOO Large, can I send them back for a size 10?
Henry: Good morning. Absolutely; exchange or refund as you wish. If you regularly wear a 10.5 in leather shoes, 11 is most likely what you would wear in the Footskins mocs and chukkas. But until you get them on your feet .... so let's give it a go. And let me know how they feel and fit if you do, please.

How to care for bison leather boots. Have 2 pair from you. As well as loafer
Good evening: I am sorry I did not see this request until just tonight. Most any good wax polish/waterproofing will work. It is just to keep the leather from loosing it's oil. I still like KIWI products ... been using them for over 60 years now. Their Mink Oil ... a soft, semi clear waterproofing doesn't really change the color after it dries. it does a good job cleaning the surface. There are a good number of brands of Mink Oil as well. Hope that helps. Again, my apology for the slow answer.
