I have used it on my knee-with-no-cartridge and it definitely helps with the pain and inflammation. I use it as a moisturizer in the winter to keep my feet and hands lubricated.

It is an amazing place to visit with some very authentic original 1 of a kind stuff. I spent over an hour just checking out all the great stuff. The buffalo cream I purchased works wonderfully.
