Charles Sinclair - June 2026 - Hand Painted bison robe

20 authentically and meticulously recreated pictograph drawings from 10 different worldwide significant historic and pre-historic pictograph (cave drawing) sites.  Charles really wanted to cover the globe with this creation ... which he feels may well be his last.  This one took him almost 9 months to finish.  

From selecting, sketching and reviewing the individual drawings; creating the pigments that duplicate as closely as possible the colorization; layering the paints so that they become part of the hide .... and not making mistakes.  It is an intense and time consuming process - it is not slapping color on leather with a spray can and stencil as many "painted robes" have become.
