BOOKS - Texas White Trash Cookbook

It's a little hard to believe (ok ...a LOT hard) that some of this isn't made up .. until you find one of your own fav's right there in print (read "fried bologna" here for me).

Fun, entertaining and to some degree informative.  Things I never thought of ... and might shouldn't ... except they actually sound great!
