The "I'm a sucker" Sonoran Gold Turquoise earring selection.... just in!

I mean me ... not any of you!  Silver Pearl Ranch - Lori and Bob came by Valentine's day.  "I don't need anything right now," said I.  Lori says "just look" as Bob spreads out tray after tray of "OMG".

Thus began this very nice collection of Sonoran Gold Turquoise earrings.  Just a few.  All pretty delicate.

Sonoran Gold is a true turquoise, relatively new to the jewelry markets.  It comes from a newer area of an older Mexican mine near the city of Cananea in the State of Sonora (go figure!!).  It is not too far south of Bisbee Arizona .. the heart of the US Turquoise mining district.

To me, It is the fascinating combination of the colors ... baby blue to deep green; lime green back to robin's egg blue, most with some brown or yellow matrix materials that makes these so desirable.  It's not the "jump out at you" Kingman blue of the 60's and 70's.  It is very subtle but those that know what it is will just smile at you with approval.  Those that don't ... you will get to educate them.

These are beautiful stones in sterling settings.  Each piece is Hallmarked.
