Bison down/yak/Primaloft yarn- The "Scottie" beanie/toque/watch cap

Save 56%
Original Price $85.00
Current Price $37.33

This one uses the same yarn as the foot of our "Mil Top" socks.

"Scottie" is the guy who created it; one heck of a headwear designer - Scott Baker.  And as frugal a buy as any Scotsman could want!

40% American Bison Down, 40% Tibetan Yak and 20% Primaloft (siliconized polyester).  Slightly more grey and less brown than our other hats (the yak is almost black and blends well with the bison.

It is a bit of a looser knit, but plenty warm, with a 2" extension that can be left flat or pulled up as a second layer over the ears .

Soft and light; warm, but not stifling.  Put it on and forget the chill.  It also does not restrict hearing as much as some of the others, which makes it a great hunting beanie - soft (and thus quiet) and unrestrictive.

Richard: Thank you for the review. I understand (and agree) on the bald head thing. Stay well and warn (as needed).
