Stevens Model #15 by Savage Arms

Old school "Boy Scout" single shot rifle.  Takes 22 short, 22 long and 22 long rifle.  Birch stock, bluing at 85-90%.

The Stevens Model 15, actually to be completely accurate the Stevens-Springfield Model 15, was released in 1938. First published in the Spring 1938 Sears & Roebuck Catalog, it was originally priced at $3.19 and for a time was virtually synonymous with the Boy Scouts of America.  

For the first 10 years of production, which were 1937 to 1947, it was billed as the Springfield Model 15. In 1948, it became known as the Stevens Model 15 and remained as such through 1965.  This one is that "Stevens" model

Birch stock in excellent condition.

Comes with 50 rounds of 22. long rifle soft points

This one requires an FFL transfer (or pick up either in Goodnight or in Weatherford).
