many eons ago, I had a wonderful hat . . . when I saw the felt hat on an email that I received, I immediately sought it out on the Buffalo Wool site, but I didn't see any hats! Fortunately, I emailed for help, and Ron ( Cecil's son) emailed me and showed me how to measure my head and how to connect to Herdware. But when I visited Herdware, there were no hats!!! I knew a hat was in my future, however, and I called Cecil. He was so kind and actually created a special web page with a few medium hats just for me to look at. I found the perfect hat and ordered it the same day. However, when it arrived it was a Large, not a medium. I was trying to figure out how to make this large fit my medium head, and simultaneously called Cecil to see if he really DID have a medium in the style I wanted. Yee Haw. He had a medium, emailed me a return label and put my medium had in the mail within a very short period of time. I was, am and will forever be grateful for the amazing communication and customer service I received. I am now, when I wear my kick ass hat, reliving my 12 year old mind. All the kindness and customer service was like being back in the days when the evil was still mostly underground. I even sent Ron/Cecil a book I wrote about those days. Hope you folks enjoy it. I surely enjoy my hat.
