Auction Vest #17 - Buyce Leather XL Stockman's Vest - mens or unisex

Lightly sanded Buckskin Tan bison leather.  Sanding the leather at the tannery softens the shine and makes the leather grain stand out even more.  This was built as a man's vest but could be worn by men or women .... but no darts in front so ... just be aware.

"Stockman's" vest; with outside front pockets (no inside pockets on this one), 5 snap brass closure and western yoke:

Size label says "XL" -  armhole/chest is 25" across (50 circumference) - neck to bottom at back is 24.5".  Weighs just 1 lb., 9 oz.  

As to the dark areas of leather, that is just the way some of the hides absorbe the dye and wax; it is not stained.  Thy "mated" up (read put them next to one another) some of the darker pieces at the leather shop as they usually do to use as much of the hide as possible. Some folks don't like it; others think it adds "character".  Great vest; greater value during the Auction
