"Ric-O-Shay" by Hubley. Unfortunatrly no box or papers with this set, but what a great set it is. Condition is very close to pristine; Excellent at least.
And yes, they are almost as expensive as the real thing ... well, not quite but still dang expensive for a "toy". As with most of life these days, it is what it is ... and how I wish I had saved mine from 60 plus years ago.
And... I've got a couple boxes of caps that will come with these
