I ordered a calendar for my husband - very last minute Christmas gift so paid extra for shipping. To my surprise, two calendars arrived accompanied by a kind hand written note from the proprietor - he decided that since I had paid so much for the expedited shipping that two calendars were in order. Our family passed the note around on Christmas morning and everyone agreed that this personal touch gave us a great impression of the business and the owner, that this "old school" type of connection is lacking in the world today, and that we would certainly take a look at the web site for other products or gifts in the future. My parents told me they were having a difficult time finding a belt for my Dad. Made in China leather ones were wearing and stretching out, and synthetic ones were garbage. This one fits through belt loops, isn't too stiff, and it's made in USA. They said it was great.
Arrived quickly which was good because it was a gift.
I scored 7 beautiful fishing shirts with hoodies, soft and silky -- 6 gifts and one for me -- for a ridiculously low price, plus 3 pairs of socks for my husband. He particularly likes the thickness of The Trekker. He received Buffalo socks as a gift a few years ago and loved them. I have been looking for more ever since. Warning: dogs love the smell of Buffalo socks, and evidently the taste also. John's Buffalo sock was the only item our 6 year old Shih Tzu ever destroyed.
I was given one of these hats a couple of years back. Unfortunately, some dirty rotten you know what stole it out of my luggage on a recent trip. I knew they no longer had this in their product line up but emailed Buffalo Wool to see if they had any left-over stock. They did not but forwarded my email to Cecil at the herd store. He called me that day and let me know they had both the black & tan hats in stock. We talked about size & discovered we wore the same size hat size. I asked him to try them on in size medium and they fit perfectly. Service over and above and only what you get from a family-owned business. I'm wearing the tan one today.
These are great boots. So great that I bought two pair for myself. I am a women's size 11+ and the men's 10 fit great. They definitely look like men's boots, which....they should being men's and all :-) They are toasty warm with good traction and appear to be very water resistant.
Even better than the boots though is Herd Wear's customer service. So friendly and accommodating. All around fantastic. Thank you Herd Wear and keep up the good work!

The Tribeca deerskin sneakers by T.B. Phelps are stunning beautiful. They are a deep colored brown and are very comfortable. This is definitely a high quality pair of shoes.

Extremely comfortable to wear. They look great, though a little fancier than I would usually wear.
Were about a half size to a full size too large for the nominal 13 size one usually receives in a boot.
Fit is too loose for comfort.
I will probably throw these in the trash if there is no other remedy.
They are unwearable for me or any person I know.

So it took me a couple days to think about how to come up with an 'idea' for a 'remedy'. How about giving me a call? I know it's kind of novel ... but it just might be worth it. Or, just send them back with a note that you would like a refund .... if that is a remedy that might be better than tossing them.

I'm impressed with the looks and quality of these boots. I usually order a wide, but the half size larger medium fit well.
Fantastic product. Very well constructed. True to size for me. Going to apply some more leather treatment before winter seriously kicks in, to enhance water resistance.
Serious foot neuropathy causes interruption sleep. These socks are comfortable, temperature perfect and wear well around the house. I have given these as gifts to two others, and they rave the attributes as well. I don’t get into bed without them.
Great fit, prompt service, looking forward to how these do as out & in boots kept inside the door at home in Alaska.
