The Nanuq Boot is a tall winter boot - 13" for those who need the height (or just like the extra warmth on your calf.  Lamb suede lined with shearling wool, it cradles your feet in comfort and warmth.   


Features:

  • Upper is water resistant suede, 13 inches tall.
  • Water resistant full grain leather mudguard and heel counter.
  • Elk leather trim
  • Lined with 100% natural New Zealand sheep’s wool
  • Lightweight materials
  • EVA midsole and dual-density rubber outsole with mountain bike inspired design
  • Anatomically correct last for foot health
  • Plastic shank for added stability, support and proper flex
  • Removable molded footbed for greater comfort
  • ULU logo lace keeper and rivet
  • Versitlelacing system with two different laces provided: one US made leather lace and one waxed cotton lace.

Best Boots

I love these boots. I live in Vermont where it feels like winter half the year. We live on a fam and between walking dogs to running errands, I need my feet warm and stable on icy surfaces. I love the shearling lining, tread on sole and overall look of these boots. Very comfortable but very warm. I would say however that the calf is just barely wide enough. I’m 5’6”, 135, athletic calves, they are snug and I’m sure will stretch with use, so for me they are perfect.
