Yes, folks ... BIG NEWS. The Texas Historical Commission has bought the store in Goodnight. We will be there through the end of July, 2024 ... and then on line or by phone. No; we are not "quitting" - HERD WEAR will continue. Be sure you are on our email list and also on Buffalo Wool Co's list.

Sue Vinson; Vinson Furs of Pease River Texas.  Her talent, some very fine older fur/leather stitching machinery, and a wonderful eye for style have made her one of our favs. 

Those are some beautiful pelts actually trapped near their ranch by her husband, Duane.  The are professionally tanned by A and L Berg of Newark NJ,   Berg has set the standard for wild-caught furs since 1981; 

  • Pendleton wool fabric
  • Coyote fur trimmed
